Wellshire is very proud to be a full service meeting facility that is centrally located in Southeast Denver at South Colorado Blvd and Hampden with ample free parking. Cuisine is prepared on site. Experienced bartenders prepare your desired beverages. Tables, chairs, flatware, glassware etc. are owned and available on site ensuring that they will be available at the very best price. In addition, if you require something that Wellshire does not have on site, we can facilitate its rental from experienced 3rd party suppliers, ensuring that it is delivered on time, correctly setup and ready for use for your event.
Wellshire offers a number of different options for food ranging from passed hors d'oeuvres, buffets, plated dinners, dessert-receptions, etc. Wellshire also has a number of different beverage packages available, ranging from "house selected" to top shelf, hosted or cash bars and/or hourly or event based charges. These different options can be individually tailored to your specific requirements.
Wellshire can cater Board and corporate meetings, ranging from 20 up 400 depending on the layout of the room. In many cases, customers use one room for the actual meeting and then retire to a second room for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner depending on the length of the meeting. Our rooms are rich with history and character to create a comfortable welcoming environment for your employees, vendors and/or customers.
The majority of equipment required for meetings like projectors, screens, audio enhancement, wireless Internet access, whiteboards etc. are owned and located on-site ensuring that it is available, cost effective, setup correctly and 100% functional for you when you require it.
Our location on the renowned Wellshire Golf Course with its beautiful grounds allows attendees to take outside breaks, which proves to be very productive, especially for all day meetings.
